Take Care Of Yourself

Can’t believe that Ive lost lots of weight recently. Got my running shoes and prepared for jogging at Hougang Stadium. In a matter of minutes, I was at the running track. Ran for about two rounds and I realized that my shoes is giving up on me. The sole is giving way! Funny thing, shoes tend to get spoil when you don’t wear them for awhile. Usually its me to run about six rounds.

Doing jogging on a weekly basis is a good thing. It very much improves your mentality and cardio fitness. Its even better if you have a regular exercise planner that comprises of all gym, jogging and swimming activities. Living a healthy lifestyle is important. You can also participate in fitness hobbies, such as aerobics, badminton, soccer and tennis.

Learning to take care of yourself can be a challenging thing. We live in a society where people are more prone to work. That takes away time to take care of ourselves. We are also open to many people around us. Look around there are so many ethic groups and foreigners around. Choose your friends wisely. They will be with you thru your lifetime. I’ve always believed that it not the number of friends you have that is important. Its the quality of friendship that really counts.
